Scott Boatman

Mr. Boatman is an attorney and entrepreneur who has focused most of his efforts representing professional athletes and overseeing their business and personal affairs along with their non-traditional investments. 

Mr. Boatman is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a BA degree in History with high distinction and a JD from the Indiana University School of Law.  Following receipt of his law degree, Mr. Boatman worked as an attorney with the firm Bose McKinney & Evans in Indianapolis and Fairfield & Woods P.C. in Denver, where he was involved in contract negotiations and litigation. 

Following his tenure at Fairfield & Woods, Mr. Boatman served as General Counsel for Dutt & Associates, a management, consulting and representation firm. In that position, Mr. Boatman helped to lead the negotiations for over $500 million in guaranteed contracts on behalf of the company’s clients, many of who are professional athletes.  Mr. Boatman is currently an advisor for numerous companies and organizations and is also a co-founder and Principal of ProNet Capital, which provides investment banking services to middle market companies and high profile athletes and entertainers. 

Matt McDonald

Mr. McDonald has over 10 years of relevant financial management and training experience with private and publicly held companies. Mr. McDonald is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he earned a BA degree in Banking & Finance and Managerial Finance.  He also holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.  As a Finance specialist, Mr. McDonald has worked in the employ of the investment banking firm Hanifen, Imhoff Inc. as a Bond Trader, Syndicate Manager, and Underwriter. In addition, he has worked with Firstier Bank as Vice President of a Private Banking Group where he was responsible for building a sports division from the ground floor to over $30 million in assets.
