Founded in 2000 by W. Scott Boatman, and R. Matt McDonald, ProNet Capital, LLC (“ProNet”), a Colorado Limited Liability Company with headquarters in Denver, is a boutique private equity firm focusing primarily on real estate and development opportunities.  ProNet was initially created to serve the unique financial and investment needs of professional athletes, entertainers and other high-income individuals.  ProNet has since branched out to assist real estate developers and private companies with their capital needs. 

ProNet can offer individuals and companies who seek capital, or who are in a position to provide it, unique financial opportunities through ProNet and/or one of our affiliated entities.  With transactions from $250,000 to $15 million, ProNet offers professional guidance and a wide range of funding and investment options at all levels.  ProNet has assisted growing companies in need of additional levels of funding, which include mezzanine or sub debt financing that is structured to meet special needs and critical timing issues.
